I believe that we are adapting and changing all the time in our lives. Are you the same person that you were five or 10 years ago? I doubt it. So that means you can change the way you are – if you want to – but sometimes we all need extra support to do this.

My task is to support you to rediscover this resource to enable you to achieve your goals, to get back the control you want in your life. You’ll learn tools, techniques and strategies to use for yourself. These positive effects continue to multiply between sessions, and long after the therapy has finished. It is a creative and productive process that can make a difference surprisingly quickly, providing value for money.
My practice is evidence based. In an average of six sessions, 71% of my clients reported themselves recovered, compared to 42% of people using other NHS approved talking therapy for anxiety and depression.
